The second in our series of Single Batch Pale Ales featuring a rotating selection of hops and experimenting with a range of different malts. 

Knot Series #2 'The Reef Knot' or 'Knot of Hercules' is thought to be 4,000 years old (almost as old as beer itself)!

This has been dry hopped using Galaxy and Simcoe hops.
