Lacada is a community owned Co-Operative brewery based on the world famous North Coast of Ireland.
Lacada Brewery has its origins in a love of beer and brewing, a love of place, and a love of people.
It began with a father and son brewing together and grew to become a group of co-operative minded, good beer loving aficionados.
We’re very pleased with our first black IPA which again has come about through
recipe development by a few Lacadians at home. Zostera is noteworthy for a wee bit of chocolate
coming through on the malt and also a wee bit of blackberry from the hops.
We thought as the nights draw in we would hit the market with a ghost story and a beer to warm you up! Half Hung is our new beer, a 6.2% Rye IPA.
A day of immenseness at Lacada! 4 brewers in one place together! What would unfold?
It’s that time of year again when the Eldersauer beer is ready for release. This is a very distinctive beer that needs a little time to condition — we bottled it early July.
